I believe that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with what feels meaningful, authentic, and grounding. Whether you're navigating a life transition, working through past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and care.
I’ve worked with youth, teens, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of experiences—including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, infertility, chronic pain, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I also have specialized training in pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum mental health.
In our work together, I offer a calm and grounded space where you can slow down, tune in, and make sense of what’s coming up. I take a holistic and collaborative approach, drawing from a range of modalities like EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for clients who may benefit from that option.
Outside the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors—camping, surfing, or just being near the ocean. I grew up bilingual in English and German and have always felt inspired by travel, culture, and connection. I believe in the importance of balance, and I try to embody that same value in both my personal life and the work I do with clients.
