Supervised by Benoit Vincent
Gabriela is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. She is bilingual and bicultural, bringing a deep understanding of diverse cultural experiences to her work. As a military spouse, Gabriela appreciates the unique challenges that come with transitions, stress, and navigating complex systems.
Gabriela specializes in relational, strength-based therapy and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), supporting clients in processing trauma, cultivating well-being, and embracing radical joy. Her practice emphasizes safety, connection, and empowerment, while naming the systems that impact individuals and communities and honoring community as medicine. She creates spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing and growth.
LMFT / Founder
I utilize a holistic approach to treatment (bringing together the mind, body, and spirit) when working with my clients. Integrating western and eastern philosophies to treatment (if and when appropriate), I will prioritize educating you about your diagnosis and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan tailored to meet your needs and goals.
LCSW, DSW
Dr. Amy L. Huang LCSW, DSW is a devoted supervisor and an EMDRIA approved EMDR consultant dedicated to inspire, motivate, and help others in their personal growth. LMFT
My goal is to create a welcoming and warm environment where you can feel heard and valued. Through collaboration, we will work together to address goals to meet your unique needs.
LMFT
I’m here to support your efforts to enhance the quality of your life by understanding what led you to experience painful states of mind and using solutions that reduce suffering instead of alleviating it. This therapeutic work contributes to personal development and transformation.
AMFT
I feel my purpose is to help people cope with the trauma of being human in these uncertain times. I am innately in tune with the language of emotion. I have an inherent understanding of people’s communication patterns and a gentle, approachable, non-threatening presence that provides people with a safe haven to express themselves.

ASW
I bring a calm and curious presence to our sessions, aiming to create a collaborative therapeutic environment. I approach challenges holistically, acknowledging the deep connections between mind, body, and spirit, as well as the impact of relationships and environments on well-being.
AMFT
Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic modalities, my goal is to help you develop resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and build lasting change on your terms. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), addiction, and high performance anxiety (academics, work, and sports).
AMFT
I use a warm, person-centered approach to your healing that prioritizes your agency and dignity above all else. I will work with you to identify limiting patterns and beliefs, and will facilitate catharsis through storytelling and relationship. I will utilize modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and my background as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) to emphasize mindfulness.
LMFT
For individual adult clients, I take a solution-focused and narrative therapy approach, incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I aim to empower you by helping you gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can live a life that aligns with the person you want to be.
