Supervised by Benoit Vincent

Shannon is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals and couples strengthen their connection to themselves and each other. Her work is grounded in attachment science and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), offering a safe space where healing and deeper bonds can naturally emerge.

Shannon supports clients in recognizing how emotional needs, bodily sensations, and relational patterns are interconnected, guiding them from disconnection toward greater security and intimacy. She also brings a rich background in yoga and mindfulness, integrating somatic awareness and nervous system regulation to support whole-person healing.

Shannon earned her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in San Diego. She specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and supports individuals working on their relationships, major life transitions, facing infidelity, divorce, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Her approach blends EFT, EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

As a couples and individual therapist, Shannon works from a compassionate attachment-based perspective to help you heal your most important relationships with clarity, resilience, and authentic connection.
